Relaxation is the key when it comes to stress relief therapy. A vital part of life is finding time for one’s self. It is of utmost importance to our body, mind and soul, to have a quiet time or to participate in activity that enables us to switch off from everything pressing in our world. Not being able to relax and unwind can be damaging to our health. Try soaking in a bubble bath or doing a quick relaxation session before going to bed. Music is a great way of helping us to relax, relieve stress and anxiety. It also helps us to function mentally and physically. It is used for meditation, cushions sleep disorder and slows down the heart. Slow gentle music can improve learning, creativity and memory. Develop a consistent exercise routine to help you stay in shape and increase your mental capacity. Schedule time daily for exercise and leisure activities.
